The "Nicholson" industrial executive desk with reclaimed barnwood top

The “Nicholson” large executive style office desk is loaded with details inspired from a modern industrial theme joining seamlessly with our rustic barnwood creations. The desktop is handmade from old growth white oak lumber. These oak boards were originally part of a collection that came from a farmstead built in the mid to late 1800s. If only this old barnwood could talk, imagine the tales they’d have to share. Their history was carefully preserved as we milled the old lumber into workable furniture material. These boards are all white oak lumber at nearly 2-1/2″ thick and loaded with character. The top is wrapped in an antiqued steel strapping and secured with authentic welded steel rivets. The desk cabinetry on both ends boasts ample storage space for all of your office needs. Shallow drawers for supplies, deep drawers for hanging files, and doors with adjustable shelving or pullout printer tray. There is a center flip-down pullout keyboard tray. The cabinetry is wrapped by 2″ metal legs with metal panels welded into an inset frame. Measuring a large 96″W x 30″D x 32″H, the Nicholson desk has the perfect balance of vintage industrial elements complimented by the unique rustic reclaimed barnwood writing surface.
